BEST EVER Physical therapist!!!! In the past couple of years, David Barouche has worked on our family's ailments (Fractured wrist, broken arm, Veritgo (cured in one session), upper and lower back issues, neck kinks and plantar fasciitis) writing this I say "Oy, sounds like we're falling apart!" Lol but seriously speaking Mr Barouche has worked on our 8 year old up to my 70 year old mom and David Baruche has fixed all our ailments and given us exercises to prevent them from happening again. Perhaps it's because he studied in Australia and/or just been blessed with curing abilities but he is the best! ❤️

I saw David upon a family member's recommendation once when I was on vacation in Miami because I had chronic lower back pain for over a year due to a car accident and felt that I was out of options and would try ANYTHING. I couldn't sit or stand for more than an hour without excruciating pain. I went from an active lifestyle to thinking I would be essentially disabled for life. I had gotten MRIs, xrays, seen pain doctors, orthopedic surgeons, acupuncturists, PTs, massage therapists, etc. and nothing gave me any relief. After that first session, I was pain free for a full week--something that hadn't happened in a year! I went home to Charleston, South Carolina and booked David for 5 days in a row and flew down a month later JUST to get treatment. I have seen 6 doctors/specialists/PTs etc. and have been unable to get a correct diagnosis or treatment that relieved my pain. David correctly diagnosed me on day 1. DAY 1! By day 3 I was off my prescription meds for the pain. By day 5, I was pain free and left Miami with a full treatment plan, exercise and stretching routine, and the belief my life could finally get back to normal! My last visit with David was over 10 days ago and I'm still pain free. I cannot thank David enough for giving me back my life!
